WELL THE OLD MAN OF THE SEA FINALLY MADE IT BACK HOME FROM THE HOSPITAL. WE WENT UP TO BOONE N.C. FOR A LITTLE SPELL TOGETHER WITH MANY OF THE FAMILY MEMBERS, I TWISTED MY LEFT HIP SOME HOW AND HAD TO COME BACK HOME AND ENTER THE HOSPITAL FOR A HIP OPERATION, THE OPERATION WENT FINE, THAT BLAME REHAB LIKED TO HAVE TORE ME OUT OF MY FRAME. I WILL HAVE REHAB HERE AT HOME STILL FOR SEVERAL MORE WEEKS BEFORE I CAN WALK WITHOUT A WALKER OF SOME KIND. WE JUST HAD A GREAT RAIN, WE CAN STILL USE SOME MORE. ALL OF MY CHILDREN CAME UP AN FILLED IN HELPING BABE KEEP THING GOING SMOOTHLY WHILE I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL. SURE WILL BE GLAD TO GET BACK TO DO WHAT IN NEED TO DO HERE AT THE SOUTH FORTY AND HOPEFULLY BE ABLE TO GET BACK IN THE BOAT AND GO CATCH SOME FISH.

I know how you feel about getting back in the boat, we're way over due. Sorry to hear about your mis hap. Seems you had good doctors to be up and going again. Take care and make some more of those great comments which we all enjoy reading. You have a wealth of knowledge and are so willing to share. Thanks!

Glad you are okay after the hip surgery. I've been through two with my mother in law and she said the rehab was a muther! Got to do it to get back at it though!
