But his mom is a Manatee County commission member and his dad is a prominent lawyer. I foresee no jail time.

These men are comfortable doing what they did, aka no remorse. Animal cruelty is a psychological problem that I feel is something people are born with. They are wired wrong and will away be a burden on the system in some way. Obviously the parents of at least one of them has lots of money so likely there will be little or no jail time. FWC took a bit of time to gather the data they needed to hopefully have a strong case. I commend them for the work. Hope it ends up with at least a big fine and long probation. Hope a few of the many jack wads out there think twice about doing this type of stuff after seeing this.
