Morning all
well it's been a week sense my knee surgery up and walking and doing my therapy
with a little pain
One thing about the speed of light it gets here too early in the morning

Morning. Hang in there. Therapy is the worst part. Not looking forward to doing that.

Is that before or after? I'm thinking "after" but the bottom joint looks flat where I assumed there would be some contour?

The Xray is after my second was replaced.
A lot of people think the joint is in a "cup ", like the hip, but it just lays there held in place by muscle and tendons.
They are the bits that ache after the Op, as they have been pulled bout a bit to get to the joint.
