Redfish on the menu

Post by Pirate »

Need some info from any in the know. In the last three days I have eaten at a restaurant in Florida and one in Georgia that had Blackened or grilled redfish on the menu. Is this legal? I was under the impression they could no longer be offered in restaurants.

Ate some at Boondocks in PC last month.
They aren’t as good as I cook them.
