On 2nd story , balcony overlooks the pool with plenty parking underneath. It's at mile marker 76 just south od Robbie's.to view the resort go to http://www.matecumberesort.net . Very quite and clean,has private boat ramp and dockage will accommodate up 23 footer. Ocean side but bay side is only a mile away for fishing Flamigo area .
3 miles from unit its 30 feet deep,6 miles out its 300 feet deep,Great fishing !!

BTW. Sofa pulls out to make a bed,unit sleeps 4 very comfortably. Did I mention lobster season is in full swing!?!
