Haven't decided yet, but I've been getting tempted to do a 4-stroke re-power on my 21' Wahoo.
Selling my 200 HP Yamaha HPDI (2000 model year) would give me a down payment and help me decide, and I'd rather sell it while it's on the boat so I can show it running. My Wahoo planes out quickly, runs top-end around 43 mph, and hits a nice cruise speed of 33-37 mph through a chop.
This engine has had some minor repairs over the past few years, but the Yamaha Master mechanics (Pete & Marvin) at Sunshine Boats say they have it cleared up and it's running well.
NADA value is $4100 to $4600. If someone offered me close to $3500 I'd sell it and pull the trigger on a 4-stroke re-power.
