Looking for a kid gun

My oldest daughter is 8- on the lookout for a gun for her to use the next few years and her 6 year old sister to grow into.
Ive got a single shot 410 I'm thinking about cutting down for them.

But, I really like the Mossberg 510 Mini Super Bantam that has the adjustable stock
But before I buy a new one I thought I'd ask if anyone has a youth gun they would like to sell.

Open to a 410 or 20

What do you have?

There was a company, (maybe Rossi? ) used to make a kids gun with interchangeable barrels. Both my sons had one that was a .22 or a 410 depending on which barrel you used.

Rossi and H&R make them in singe shot... I'm more interested in a pump or semi auto.
I'll only load one shell at a time to start but then they can get used to the gun and safety and grow into it.

Tri-Star has a youth 20 gauge Auto.

It has different pads so the gun can be used for several years.

I think Academy sells them.

The Tri-Star is a good gun. They tend to be a little rough out of the box and the critique is that they do not cycle light loads reliably. A friend bought one for his son and I cleaned it and worked the action (1000X) and applied lubrication on the friction spots. It has performed flawlessly basically giving him a Benelli for $400.

I grew up with a Remington 1100 youth model, 20 ga. Great little gun, it will be the one I give to my son when he is old enough.
