He's not posting as often, but I know for a fact the crusty curmudgeon is still kicking and occasionally catching a trout. They're not jumping as high as they used to though.
And my new PowerTech stainless is revving the 30 E-TEC up to 5800 rpm and holding the trim nicely. Now if I can just avoid those nasty limestone pebbles that get up and move around in the middle of the night.
