fishing guide advice

Post by fishfalcon »

I have a buddy with two sons ages 10 and 8 who would like to do a half day guided trip with them. He is in Pelham and is looking for a guide who fishes between Keaton and Lanark. Who do you guys recommend?

I give Steve a hard time, but it is all in fun. He is a great guy and an accomplished guide. Easy going personality and good with all his clients.
Skeeterbite Fishing Charters would get my vote too!

Capt. Steve Hobbs is great. Also recommend Capt. Mike McNamara at St. Marks Outfitters.

I would go with Steve Hobbs he is a great fisherman and is great with kids, my son fishes with us in all of the NFGFC tournaments and Steve always has time for him and is so good with any of the kids that fish with us.

Captain Chris Gouras, Tidal Creek Charters - out of Panacea. Great guy. Took a charter with my 13 year old daughter earlier this month and had a blast. Highly recommend.
