Any reputable gelcoat repair shop in the big bend area?

Mikes Marine. St. Marks Fl. 850-925-5685 I know of a few people that's used him and the service and price was good. :thumbup:

R&R Boats in Attapulgus, GA. 25 minutes North of Tallahassee.

Had 3 quarter size chunks

Depending on the size and location of the repair, you can do it yourself with Marinetex. That stuff is strong if used correctly, but it is very difficult to match the color exactly. (This from a guy who ran a 21' Sea Pro bay boat around Aucilla and Econfina a lot in the past). :o

X 2, he redid my entire hull last year, excellent job! right there at St. Marks, they say Shields marina has the resources too.

Another satisfied Mike's Marine Ways customer. He's worked on a couple of my boats. Sounds like he's back on track after a recent slow down due to losing some of his help.

Shields Marina in St. Marks is another good option. Carson worked for Mike for years and knows his stuff. Check with the service department about quotes/scheduling.

Never used them for glass or gelcoat work, but they did tm work for me twice. Well done, great price, short turnaround
