Hard to say, to me it looks like the worms you see in red grouper. They are black/dark green. Not the same as the white worms you sometimes see in trout( intermediate shark tape worm). I’d cut around it and eat away :lick:

If you want to know for sure, one way to find out would be to send a piece of the tissue to a veterinary pathologist.
