After this cold front?

Postby eightwt » March 6th, 2019, 8:49 pm

Do you think these few days of cold have pushed the fish back into creeks and rivers?

Tuesday through today would have been a good time to check! Fishing forecast for Saturday looks like OK, but not great.

I'm going to try it Sunday.

Hoping for something decent nearshore.

Went today out of refuge on the fly. Hit the long bar, Grey mare rock area, and finished up in the river. Zilch, Nada, nothing. Starting to get a complex, LOL... Did get a couple of hits between Grey mare and shore while drifting but failed to hook.
