Water temps down from last week. I was seeing 69 - 71 on the West flats. A little warmer later and as we drifted shallower.
Only fished for a couple of hours (about 1-3) with my two sons. Steady bite, but didn’t find any honey holes. All caught on paddle tails swimming above the grass.
Water seems to be clearing up slowly.

3 keeper trout . . . 2 between 14-15in, several shorts, one keeper flounder before my boys were ready to go.
We're not expert fishermen by any means, but it sure is fun trying to figure out the patterns!!
