Hey John, yes at the ramp at the fort. I'm assuming that we will try to use the gazebo area if its available.

Thanks Jimmy. Really want to fish, but Savannah's really close to filling their third seat. May have to find another partner.

Good luck to the tournament folks. Be safe!

Harwood's are on a cruise and don't get back until Friday-ish.

I know we're all watching the weather closely. If the forecast continues to get worse (It's pretty poor as it is) I'm sure it will be postponed.

Summer is officially here :(

Wish the tourney were today. I did a practice dawn launch out of the Fort with a ridiculous-looking canoe/outrigger setup (so my electric torqeedo outboard would not sink the boat at 6 knots). It worked. Upper slot trout were biting like crazy at start of outgoing tide from feeder creeks. I finished up with 5 from 17.5" -22" (released the overslot mama) just before the skies opened up with downpour at 9am. Based on Murphy's Law, the same game plan this Saturday should produce nothing but ladyfish and hardhead catfish.

Since we can't talk to Harwood at the moment. Please be on the lookout (on here and Facebook) tomorrow afternoon for a final decision. Based on what the forecast looks like now, its not looking good to have a safe tournament. Last I remember, is that Chris said that we would have any makeup tourney the following weekend. the following weekend is Fathers Day next weekend. So I'll leave that decision to Chris

I have plans to be out of town for Father's Day and Hobb's has a charter that day, so we would be out of luck next weekend.
