Shell point boat ramp

Post by Salty Gator »

Just an FYI. I went to sp ramp last Saturday and there was a deputy turning boats away when the lot got full. He said “have you tried st marks?”, if I tried st marks I wouldn’t be here. There are only about 20-30 parking places. Luckily I had a place to park at a buddies house. He even followed the wife after we launched to make sure we weren’t parking on the street. Apparently the neighbors don’t like parking on the street. It is a long drive back if you get turned away.

They should put a sign at the north end of the road so you don't have to drive all the way in.
