Glad I ignored the forecast and went to the Refuge. Windy & rainy at 4pm, but not too bad. Horns Creek gave up 3 lower slot trout before the lightning prodded me back to the parking lot at the Tower Pond bathroom. Nice when the doomsday predictions do not come to pass.
