CRAP!!!

Post by Juan »

How do you guys keep birds from crapping all over your boats and vehicles? My truck is in a carport and my boats are under a pole barn and the sparrows are using them as targets. I can't seem to run em off. I've tried wind chimes, CDs on strings, a plastic owl and 6 rubber snakes and it doesn't bother them a bit. :smt012 Any ideas I haven't already tried?

Might try a owl replica. I bought one off Amazon. Seems to have helped

Do it the Marine Corps way. Savage 410 gage.
Seriously, I had to close off any place the little turd makers could make a nest on my carport.

Wrap the rafters with bird netting. It worked for me. staple it up.

Thanks. Some ideas I hadn't thought of. I've tried the owl, my lab would kill a cat and I'd probably put an eye out with the spikes but netting might be just the thing I need. Tractor Supply has a couple other options listed I'll check out today.
