FS: 2004 Dorado 23

Post by Srbenda »

2004 Dorado 23
2008 Yamaha 250 4stroke with ~980 hours ( just serviced at 955 hours )
Motor mounted on porta-bracket for shallow water fishing
8' Power pole ( installed by St Marks Pro )
Console rewired a year ago ( by St Marks Pro )
60" iPilot with anchor lock
Full spotting tower
17 rod holders
Isinglass cover for colder months ( needs some repair )
60 gallon oval livewell perfect keeping your bait in good shape
Trailer with re-carpeted bunks, and new torsion axles
Dual battery charging systems
Loaded with dry storage compartments
I consistently get 3mpg or better, and the boat is running about 30 to 32mph at 4000RPM

Garmin electronics will not come with the boat

The boat is not a beauty queen, but it's a fantastic do-it-all boat for these waters.
You can fish in 2' of water ( or less! ) and feel comfortable going 15 miles out.

The boat can be seen with a few hours notice at Shell Island Fish Camp.
Not available for purchase until August 2nd.

$37,500

Lot of good fish karma with this boat.

Hoping for more offshore capability, Everglades 243, or possibly a cat that will keep me fishing the bay, but more comfortable in rough water.

Nice ! Have fun shopping. I'm a fair weather offshore fisherman don't like rough water out there even if I'm on a 30 footer.

An Everglades 243 and a..... [insert skiff name here]?

I've been out on this boat and am such a huge fan of it. That tower is an absolute game changer; sturdy going up/down and fishing from it. Storage for days.

This post came sooner than I expected, but glad its out there! Should sell quickly once it makes the rounds of posting to other forums. Hell of a boat.

We all need a boat that's 2 feet longer, 10 mph faster, and runs 6 inches shallower

I've come to the conclusion that you need at least 3 boats for our area. My little Gheenoe LT25 is the perfect lake, river, and low tide winter ST. Marks skiff. The 22' Bay Boat is the perfect family fishing, light offshore, Dog Island, all-around fun boat for everyone. What I need to add is that 17-18' flats skiff for serious 2 man Redfishing trips from Keaton to St. Joe bay.

Hey it's only money. lol

Good luck with the sale of the Dorado. That boat does have a serious fish catching pedigree and the Mojo to go with it. It's a fish catching weapon.
