Off O Tower 1/15/03

Post by d-tox »

Due to the lack of Off-Shore postings, I'll tell you what we did this week.

Haven't been out in almost a month. Really looking foward to getting out.
NOAA Forcast: Seas 1 to 3 feet. HA!!!

Ran out with Running Bare at 0900. COLD, COLD, COLD.

Seas: Four feet in the first hour and building to 5 feet. Able to troll for 1/2 hour and had to turn home.

Only able to run at 17 knots home and actually came completely out of the water once. Don't try this at home. :o

Only picture for this trip would be me and Running Bare fighting for position in the sun to keep warm. Just have to wait for better weather I guess.

D-tox, that's wanting to be out there bad. What kind of boat were you in? Must be bigger than my 17' Key West.
What was I supposed to do today?

I have a Glacier Bay 220 center console. You should come out with us sometime.
