Norm's Baits

Post by d-tox »

I have several rigs like this one that I bought in Gulfport, MS. They are called Norm's Baits. I think he is local in that area who is supposed to be real famous. These also have a hook on the fish as well as a leader to the jig.

An older gentleman that has been trout fishing for years showed me this before I knew what a Cajun Thunder was. It works well. Only difference, we leave the front hook on the Top Dog. The leader will occasionally foul in the hook on the Top Dog, but it sure is fun when you double with this rig. One on the Top Dog, one on the jig! YEEEEEE HAAAAA! :D
What was I supposed to do today?
