This is not a sales plug.

My company specializes in spatial data applications for many industries. We are currently working with Microsoft on integrating spatial data layers into their new Virtual Earth product.

Virtual Earth has some pretty neat capabilities that include oblique or birds eye views of selected areas.

Orlando, Disney World, Chicago and a lot of other areas have the 3-D birds eye view. Neat stuff.
