With Christmas just around the corner its time to update the list
Question is what kind would you guys recommend? I had my eye on the Garmin GPSMAP 76.

I have a GPSmap 76 I use as a back up and it has worked without a hitch for years.

I have the Garmin GPSMAP 76. It's been a very good piece of gear world wide for several years, but I agree with what Chalk said.

I have the first GPSMAP76 and the newer ones have a lot more memory. Its been great and it does tides, moon and sunrise.
