Made me laugh. Rainman and Chris are funny cats, but I can't imagine anyone referring to them as the "right crowd"...
Ya got jokes. not sharing my bourbon ANYMORE.

Looks like you’re confined to Saturday morning river fishing. Lots of fish in the river though. Pick a better weekend and chris and I will take you to the pets, the aquarium or the Hawg trough...
In the end we will conserve only what we love. We will love only what we understand. And we will understand only what we are taught.

Update: my streak of failure continues.
Fished the Wakulla, some of the St Mark's and a few oyster bars with live shrimp, cut finger mullet, and some jigs and paddle tails. Tried corks, bottoms and in between.
Found a few short trout, and a few ladyfish, but that was it.
I saw a few other boats hopping from spot to spot with no apparent luck either.
Although I kept an eye out, I did not see Santa's sleigh
Spent the afternoon doing routine maintenance on the skiff but didn't see too many trailers in the Shields parking lot. Not a whole lot of water movement today. Keep at it, you'll find some.
Santa must have been busy gleaning more high def local knowledge.
