Had big plans for the Aucilla today. Up at 3:30am weather threatening. Back to bed. Auston, my 9 yr old was up at 5:30 watching the weather channel and pleading to still make the trip. It broke my heart to disappoint him so much
:idea: Maybe we should sacrifice a meteorologist to the weather god so we can have good weather when Auston is out of school.

Probably gonna' take him fishing in a farm-pond this afternoon if the weather will holdoff.

The weather slowed up enough to produce 10 keepers. Light rain 16 mph winds gust to 26 was rockin and rollin but you have got to go when you can go . Oh and you know that i don't fish in the rivers .

They were all caught on either Candy Corn and or a catch 2000 plug red head white body .

The catch 2000 is a Mirr-O-Lure.

It is a suspending bait, they work really great!!
