My Wife did it again...
She was going to pan fry some Bass Fillets and decided to make some Pecan Flour (Pecans in the coffee grinder)
She just added it to the normal batter- It was delicious!

HEY BARRY, THAT SOUNDS AND LOOKS GOOD. I THINK I WILL GO CATCH A BASS THIS AFTERNOON AND TRY THAT, ONLY GOT ABOUT 1/2 CUP OF PECANS LEFT, HOPE THAT WILL BE ENOUGH.
