This report is a companion to the St Marks night fishing report.
Tide was pretty low. It was a beautiful day, for hiking or something else besides fishing. I’m glad I was enjoying my kayak because I couldn’t figure out how to catch any fish. Pinfish, Pilchards, Mullet, topwater, grubs with & without CT, it sure was a pretty day.
I wasn’t skunked though. I did actually catch a couple of big lizardfish with attitudes like lady fish. I was hopeful for 3 minutes when I hooked 3 trout in three casts –caught one 16â€
