It would seem thus, Wevans. Or maybe they didn't want to start a stampede to the coast today. They could be down there loading the boat again.

You guys are correct. It was a tough day for the NFGFC. The targeted species were redfish and amberjack. It was too rough to try the amberjack. No one went offshore. Butch Taylor had a red on and got broke off. There were no reds caught. The bonus fish was trout. I "think" 3 of the 6 boats had a legal trout. I finaly caught a keeper trout at 1:30. It was a tough day for everyone. But it beat working on the house. :o
What was I supposed to do today?

We had fun and did a little exploring. Everyone on our boat caught a few fish and had a good time. We also stockpiled bait to freeze for our next grouper trip. :D
