We were the only boat in the area for about 30 minutes, then there were at least 10. Bite is real slow to zero, still calm and dead low. Alright the tide is a changin, and along with it came the projected winds, for about an hour, then they calmed to something resonable and we started catchin, well not all of us.
The son got the first keeper and a short and I still have not sniffed a bite, and man he is talkin some smack. :crook:
OK, you just wait and see. Well I finally got a short, then a 16.5, then a short, and an 18 came to the cooler and a another 16. By this the smack talk has done a reversal and hes not catchin. 
=) Well we endend the day with 4 keepers and about that many shorts. We would have had one more keeper if the son did not try the sling over the gunnel action, and watched it go on its way. Still nice on the water after the 1 hour wind blow, but after a couple hous of bite, that ended as well. And one of those 16 looked like he was gettin an azz beating under the water, cause it looked like someone tried to take some hid outa him.
