Islamorada?

Post by CaptReelThyme »

Any fellow anglers have advice on Islamorada ? I will be down for a week and half in the middle of June. Bringing tackle, inshore rods and reels. I am not bringing the boat. I will probably splurge on a charter or two. Any Guide recommendations? Or spots to fish. I am not looking for JT's secret holes, just a good time and possibly put one in the icebox. Any help is appreciated... Thanks!

Adam DeBruin is fantastic. You can call/text him at (603) 380-0336 or email at adam@redhookfishing.com

It is possible that he may have left for Montana by that time. If so, he can give you a good referral. I travel for flyfishing a lot and use Yellow Dog Outfitters. They put me on with Adam last December and it was a great trip.

If you plan to do some fishing from land, I would suggest the Channel #2 or Channel #5 bridges to fish from.

As far as guide recommendations, are you looking to fish inshore or offshore?
