Keaton Beach 2BR/1BR Rental - On Main Canal

My friends beach house is available for rent and he wanted me to get the word out- since he's got some prime time open.
4th of July week is open - and Memorial Day week/weekend are open - as well as other dates.

House is a 2BR, 1BR, on the canal right before the marina. Large dock can hold up to 2 boats. Unobstructed gulf view.

how about listing a price...is it by the week only, or can it be rented per night????
