Introducing someone to duck hunting?

Post by BrogensDuck »

Well, the people who send the actual Federal duck stamps to me sent two this year. SO, if any of you know someone who wants to start duck hunting or have a kid you could take hunting for the first time, I will give it to you. Know that the duck gods are incredibly finicky, so if you take it and do not meet the criteria set above, your duck hunting year (and maybe career) may be forever tainted. Also, please teach some duck hunting ethics while you are at it...every little bit helps.

PM if this interests you.

I'll take it and give it to my 16 yr old daughter if you still have it. Then she'll only have to buy the waterfowl permit.

Don't forget that the duck stamp will get you into the Wildlife Refuge for free thru June.

We went Sat afternoon, no ducks but she wacked 5 coots. We had a blast! She'll be back for sure. Thanks again.
