Panacea pier

Fished rising tide yesterday at the pier, water was so low when I got there the pier was almost all out of the water. Caught nothing until tide started coming in, then got a 17'' trout, several short trout, 9 nice whiting, 2 puffers, a sea robin, lots of short sand trout, and some grunts. Used shrimp, cut bait, and small pieces of shrimp fishbites. They loved the fishbites. Nice day.
