Ecofina 4/23

Post by Xpress »

Put in at 7am nobody there parking lot was empty. Came out of river turned right headed toward Aucilla got in 3.5ft-4ft. Bite was steady had 2 man limit by 10am. All 17 inch plus, caught a few shorts not many. We stayed till 2 and catch and released 20 more. Caught some on topwater early, most was on CT with new penny chartreuse or white gulp. Fish were a beautiful dark brown color, I guess because of the dark water. Water clarity I thought was just right for Aucilla. Caught most of our fish right at low tide changeover. Parking lot was full when we left. Great day on the water!

We fished three days rock island direction. We should have gone to Aucilla some. Great job on the fish.
