I have a 1-acre lot near Keaton Beach. It is undeveloped, meaning it is not cleared, and has no water, sewer, or electric. It is just off of Yates Creek Road (at Dead Man's Curve), and can be purchased for $10,000 if you are interested. This is not negotiable, as it is below market value. I figure that the cost to develop it (clear, driveway, septic, shallow well, and electric) would run close to $5,000.
