Fished the refuge yesterday from 10:30 - 3:00 - cooler weather cooled the flats off. I managed 5 trout: 15", 16", 2 18's and a 19" but activity wasn't like last week. The water was clear but cooler and there wasn't as much bait in the water as last week. Should rebound quick.
