Rear Main Seal Replacement: Tallahassee Area

It looks like after 13 years of no real problems, I'm gonna need to replace the rear main seal on my 05 Silverado. Does anyone have a recommendation of a place to use in the Tallahassee-Wakulla County area, as well as how much I should be looking to spend? In advance, thanks.

I use Al Bass at Bass Auto on Capital Circle near the intersection of Miccossukee. He takes care of all 6 our our survey trucks.
