Is it that difficult to update these machines with New Navionics Software? I read and tried to update thru the SDMirco Chip and it doesn't work. I looked online for instructions and found a whole lot of ideas but none works. I went to both Simrad and Lowrance websites for instruction on updating Navionics. I did System updates and they were updated. Anybody ever did any Navionics updates on these electronics?

I finally got both loaded up. A lot of ideas before I got them loaded up. The Simrad was easy but the Lowrance was a little challenging. I know Navionics will help me caught more fish. I have started learning the complexity of the software and how to set it up. Will post pictures as soon as I can get out out on the water.
