Re: David Gibbs has turned up again
He's BACK! Showed up on my doorstep this am looking for yard work. I called TPD to report him. He is as of 11:10 am walking south on Old Bainbridge Road toward Tharpe Street. He even pulled his ID out and let me take a picture to show he was a good guy. I snapped the pic and then said off my ...

Its basically due north of Cobb Rock. Guess 7 miles east of the lighthouse. It shows up on google maps as Big Redfish Point.

Didn't know that much fish would fit in a RTIC 65 quart!! Reds were on top water around rock grass patches in 3ft of water.

Success at St Marks
I think every fish in St Marks was biting yesterday. We had an absolute slapfest. Limit of reds to 26.9999, let several top water 30+ reds go. Caught keeper trout just about every cast. We let small ones go and only kept 17 plus inch trout. Once the trout limit was done we caught some pins and ...

See if Iangler will be a club sponsor and waive the fees as their sponsorship fee...? Or look into other apps. What other app options have been considered?

Re: Florida Marine Tracks
I fish with Chris all the time. The FMT is the shit! Hands down best option I have seen but it is pricey and you have to have a machine with enough processing power to run it well. He rides around the rock garden on plane and just follows the tracks, had zero issues with rocks so far. I wish I had ...

Cake Corner!! A hot spot for sure. We have code names for dozens of spots. That way we can talk in public and no one really knows where we are talking about... To name a few code names: Cake Corner, S Curve, Bomber Bay, Hookset Harbor, OG, OG1, OG2, Chris' Hole, Awesome, High Tide, and many more.

Awesome. I should be by Friday or Saturday for those shrimp! I got a few soak-bait creeks I like to fish and Vicky's favorite bait is shrimp so she was happy as well.

Re: Fishing Apalachee Bay at Night
Evening and night can be fantastic, especially when the days are hot. I generally will anchor and throw live bait at night vs floating the flats or trying to troll motor a shoreline. Toss the cast net in the lighthouse channel and then go pick a bar at the st marks mouth and anchor up. Same fish ...

Re: Pascagoula fishing advice?
They've had a lot of issues inshore with all the fresh water but the storm helped bring some salt in. If looking in Pascagoula area get on google maps and search for Bayou Heron. There is a launch and then run down to the mouth. Lots of good trout and redfishing. If weather is good you can run out ...

Re: Inshore/River fishing: what am I doing wrong?
Agree with the above. The fish are just not in the St. Marks this year. Move east and fish rock grass or creek mouths and into the creeks. Fish are everywhere. Fished 3 days this past weekend and caught limits of trout everyday for 3 people. If you are nervous about creeks, just check the tides, go ...

Re: Floating Grass
I usually bake them whole or pan fry if small enough. I rarely fillet flounder.
Been slapping the reds good lately. Using mix of live bait and the new doucher 2.0 topwater!
