Re: FINE PER FISH OVER THE LIMIT

I unfortunately have a bit of insight here. I few years ago, me and a buddy decided to go out on a fishing trip out of Econfina for a couple days. We fished for two days and stayed out on the water overnight. We thought, since the daily limit was 5 per day, and we were out there for two days we coul...

Might help to tell if each rod is spinning or casting and what the action is.

Re: Econfina or Keaton Beach?

If they are biting at spring warrior, they are probably also biting at Econfina.

Re: Anchor cleat for aluminum bay boat

Those should work fine. You probably want to rubber in between the steel and the aluminum to cut down any oxidation issues between the two metals.

Re: Help with Yamaha F90 Tilt and Trim

My guess would be a worn out spring on the trim relay. I would also think that if it was the relay or the switch it would be happening all the time, not just periodically.

Re: Redfish limit increase

His EPA comments concern me.

Who knows where the Fenholloway would be without the EPA stepping in and forcing the paper mill to clean up its effluent.

What good is a fish limit if there are no edible fish to eat?

Re: New member---St. Marks fishing?

Just float a shrimp around the oyster bars near the mouth of the river when the water is moving. If the reds are there they will bite. If not, just keep moving around and look for mullet.

Re: REWARD IF FOUND!!

I lost a tackle box the same way a few weeks ago. I figured all the jig heads and lead I had in it would hold it down, but that was not the case. They all go in compartments now!

Re: Keaton Beach Shrimp

They definitely took some damage, but they have put things back together enough to get back running. Still have the best shrimp prices around. We went down toward spring warrior to see if the reds were schooling yet, and had no luck. Maybe in a few weeks when it cools off a bit. We started fishing o...

Keaton Beach Shrimp / Report

I'm planning on going down to Keaton Beach tomorrow, but I haven't been since the storm hit. Is the Keaton Beach shrimp house open or did they get torn up by the storm too bad? If so, where is the closest place to get shrimp? I always liked going there in the past. A couple of the guys were real bad...

There is an app that makes it easy. Also, the processor I use says he is gonna set up a dedicated computer at his shop just in case anyone needs to report!

Re: KAYAKING BAITS OUT FROM SURF...NEED HELP

If you think fishing for sharks off the beach with cut bait attracts more sharks than fishing for redfish or any other fish with cut bait would, by all means explain your argument and back up your reasoning. Sending a thinly veiled threat of violence to ...
