Re: Rod Question - Best for the Money

If you can find a custom built Allstar 1088 blank for your Cobia fishing you will not be disappointed. If you can find one please let me know as I will buy it myself. That being said, Rainshadow makes a replica 1088 or 1089 blank that is great for Cobia fishing.

Re: FWC in Carrabelle

Regular occurance in St. Marks. I have been checked 5 times in the same day. Kind of overkill if you ask me. The last time I was checked I asked him if he minded to take a picture of my catch for me. However, why do you find it offensive to be checked off shore. People have been known to stash their...

Re: Cobia Tagging Update

Have tagged over a hundred Cobia over the years. I had one that was re-captured almost three years later and weighed almost 50 pounds. It was tagged up here and recaptured off of Flamingo (close to the Florida Keys). In speaking to Read Herndon he thought that there is a Gulf Stock of fish and an At...

I am looking to replace a fuel tank on an older model 23' Center Counsole Robalo. Does any one have any suggestions on who can do quality work at a fair price?

Yes, the Old Ranger. That is my Freshwater Fishing Boat, it just keeps on ticking. Original 75 Boat and Motor. Runs like a top, but no running lights.

Re: ochlocknee kitties

The man was a pain in the butt yesterday. He checked me twice in an hour and a half. He also waited until I came back to the landing so he could write me up for not having navigation lights. What a terd!
