Those V-4 johnsons are everywhere for cheap money. I would never think about a new motor to replace one. Too many nice ones around.

I get in enough trouble over there so I say nothing much over here.

OUCH! The grass carp that are invading our waterways up here jump at the sound/approach of any boat. There have been boaters knocked unconcious by the fish. My brother bow fishes for them and had one smack him in the head and get him bleeding all over the boat.

I will try to get a friend to drive up from Carrabelle and get it. He is in Miss. right now at the casino and I won't be able to reach him until Monday. He has the room and I'm almost 100% sure he will take it.

What kind of water do those pontoon's draw? That may be an answer.
