Glad you got out on the new boat. My Dad and I fish his 1901 Mako Inshore. Same hull as your Kenner. Great boat. We really like it. What motor do you have on it. We have a 4 stroke 115 Merc.

I use Pete at Sunshine boats. Great guy. He would always call me back when I left a message. He also has always done what he said he was going to do in the time he said he was going to do it. Just give him a call before you take your boat. I rolled a ring off of a piston on my 75 merc and he took ve...

My Dad and I are planning on being there. We're going to opt out of the draw this time around. This is our first tourny ever. Wouldn't want to subject anyone to our learning curve the first time around. We're just planning on following Bird Dog or Casey any way. That's ok right guys? ;-)

NFGFC Meeting

Just wanted to say thanks to the guys who led the meeting last night. It was my first meeting and I really enjoyed it. Capt. Randy did a great job. Enjoyed talking with Sir Reel and "Mrs. Reel." It was nice to meet Bird Dog, B-Man, Tin Can, JT, TK and a slew of other's. Great group of peop...

I caught a sea gull on top water. I was using my Skitterwalk off Piney Island and a gull flies down, hovers for a brief second and picks it up. I just let the line go slack not wanting to set the hook and he dropped it from about 15 feet. I was glad. Do you fillet gull or cut it into steaks? :lick: ...
