Hey JJ, I moved to KY from Tallahassee about three years ago, but grew up in Panama City and Wewahitchka (close to Port St. Joe). I've fished all the places you are talking about. My favorite is Appalachee Bay out of Panacea but I agree with bman. Stay at Cape San Blas and fish SJB. It's the best of ...

I caught one dink trout around blacks a week and a half ago. It should be lighting up soon though, if not already. Water temps were 67 around blacks when we were there. Saw about a 10 ft bull shark on a sandbar.
