Getting ready to redo my floor?
I purchased a 1985 19' Chaparral with a 175 hp motor for 350.00. But it needs a new floor and maybe a transom on it. So does anyone know of a good way to remove the old floor? "I've never done this before" I will have a friend helping me but I ready to get it going. Oh the motor runs great already ...

Well my good buddy "the QC for Century boat" came by and looked my boat and we figured it will cost around 1000 to 1200 to fix it. Well I found the guy who did the post. But as a matter of fact I do have a couple of general questions. For one how expensive is marine plywood and is that the only way to go?
