The limit in Alabama where I am originally from is three with one of these being oversized. Even with this limit you can consistently catch not only good numbers of fish but also very large fish. I don't think the population would take a hit by increasing the limit to two slot fish.

No, I haven't been to Canada but have been to Ireland. My father-in-law travels six months out of the year and has witnessed other medical systems first hand. Most are completely garbage.
