props

are two blade props better at cutting through weeds than say a 3 blade prop? this would be strictly for freshwater use during duck season.

went back to the lake yesterday and it was pretty much the same story as last weekend, only we fished longer and caught a few more fish because of it. thankfully it was a much more uneventful day.

final tally:
probably upwards of 30 bass caught, 7 kept
caught 3 or 4 nice sized jacks

thanks for the clarification on that fish. i feel stupid for thinking it was some king of hybrid now but at least i'll know for next time. it was a pretty decent sized fish as far as bream go.

yea...i was able to recover the sunglasses. luckily i was only in about waist deep water but the guys next to us taking their boat out thought i had lost my mind when i just jumped into the water.

the lake is LOW. all the pads are high and dry and theres a good many fish floating belly up. me and a buddy did manage to catch a few small bass on beetlespins and the jacks were going nuts behind the boat when we ran in shallow water. i'm a little worried about the water levels with duck season so...

search continues...i really just need a boat that i can beat the crap out of running it through seminole. im not against fixing up an old one, i just want it to be able to stand running into some stumps and rocks, and get me back to the landing safely.
