I think that Sea Tow was able to move it Tuesday.

Sounds like the battery connection, but your fuse panel should have an extra fuse just to eliminate the fuse being the culprit.

PS I'm not a mechanic, but I've had a similar issue.

Here's one that I found just before the storms Friday afternoon, I can't imagine that it's better now.

Vis in 35ft was 9-10 foot
Vis in 45 ft was 6-8 foot
Vis in 60 ft was 10 foot

Just be careful which river.
