Re: Big Bend Fishing

I haven't looked at the proposed regs, but that be a 3 person limit for scallops too? I hardly ever limit out on fish, but I have caught a boats worth of scallops several times.

Re: Recycling fiberglass boats

Seems like recycled fiberglass would be great to use in concrete. I remember when I was looking at different materials that Seacast used recycled fibers. Seacast™ is a synthetic material made from a mix of proprietary ingredients and recycled fiberglass fibers. Seacast™ is Green! it has 35% recycled...

Re: Steinhatchee April 4-5

Great report! What kind of shark did you catch? I got a bonnet head on Saturday that was about 2' long. It was fun to catch, but not as tasty as trout or reds!

Great report, thanks for sharing! I need to make the drive down that way because I didn't find any good fish in St Marks this past Saturday.

Re: 2019 Capts for Clean Water Skiff Challenge starts today

If the crossing from Apalachicola to Steinhatchee was 3-4 footers, I wonder how rough it was coming out of PCB! I ridden 25' swells in the Gulf, but not on a 17' boat!

You know it's bad when the Thermocell doesn't keep them away! Sounds like a great fishing trip!

Re: Careful Spearfishing with All this Freshwater

Depends on what fish you spear. Most areas have a salt water demarcation line, but the fish just ignore it. :D

Re: St Marks 3-24 - Apalachee Bay

Sounds like a good day! I was not so lucky, we fished close to the lighthouse and in the river because of the wind and chop. Only caught 2 cats, 1 stingray, 2 ladyfish, and some tiny croakers.
