I use two liter bottles, half gallon milk jugs, etc. too. Most of the time I just fill up some gallon and quart zip lock bags and freeze them. I love catching those! They can pull a string hard. I used to catch them on Seminole as a kid but I hear they aren't there much these days. I need to learn where to find them on the river.

The pot holes are mainly in the back of the bay on the flats. Any flat 2 to 6 feet with grass patches is likely to hold fish. Look at a google satellite image of the bay.
