That & if you get caught a second or third time they can take away your fishing privledges permanently. Most states are linked now too & they could prevent you from getting a license in another state as well.

I fish closer to PC offshore, usually just west of swansons to maybe 30 - 40 miles west of swansons. It has always fluctuated, but everytime I go out we still catch plenty of aggregate grouper. I have seen an increase in red & decrease in gag over the last 5 years. When they implemented the 1 re...
